The role
As a Business Developer at Treatwell, you build your own client portfolio in Amsterdam. You visit salons, hairdressers and barbers across the city, by bike, public transport or a shared car. You show them what our software can do for their business and close the deal yourself. From first contact to signed contract to a smooth start: you own the whole process, no lead handoffs.
What you'll do
- Build your own pipeline in Amsterdam: from first visit to signed contract, through walk-ins, calls, social and referrals
- Show salons, hairdressers and barbers how Treatwell (Connect and Salonized), payment terminals and marketplace help their business grow
- Share market feedback with the team to help us improve our product
- You're out in the field nearly every workday, with about 1 day a week at our Amsterdam office
Requirements
Who you are
- You have at least 1 year of experience in field sales, door-to-door, B2B field sales or a comparable sales role
- You have a proven track record of hitting targets (and you love telling people about it)
- You love working independently and running your region as if it were your own business
- You live in or around Amsterdam and know the city well
- You hold a category B driving licence
- Fluent Dutch
