This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive - Nordics based in Netherlands.

As an Enterprise Account Executive focused on the Nordics region, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth by acquiring and expanding relationships with large enterprise customers. This is an opportunity to influence market adoption of innovative technology solutions while building trusted partnerships with senior decision-makers across multiple industries. You will lead complex sales cycles, develop tailored business cases, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer value. The role combines strategic account planning, consultative selling, and business development in a high-growth environment. Working closely with leadership, you will help shape the regional go-to-market strategy and contribute directly to long-term business success. This position is ideal for a driven sales professional who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys making a measurable impact.

Accountabilities:

  • Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities within large enterprise organizations across the Nordic region, including Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans, building relationships across multiple stakeholder levels, from technical teams to executive leadership.
  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles, managing negotiations, procurement processes, legal reviews, and commercial agreements.
  • Collaborate with sales engineers, product experts, and leadership teams to deliver compelling customer engagements and tailored solutions.
  • Build strong business cases by articulating value, return on investment, and long-term business outcomes for prospective clients.
  • Generate and manage a robust sales pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting and strategic account development initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility through effective CRM management and disciplined sales methodologies.
  • Contribute market insights and customer feedback to help refine commercial strategies and support continued growth in the region.
  • Requirements

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in enterprise software sales with direct responsibility for revenue generation and quota attainment.
    • Demonstrated success acquiring new enterprise customers and expanding existing accounts through complex sales engagements.
    • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets, including managing high-value enterprise opportunities.
    • Strong expertise in value-based sales methodologies such as MEDD(P)ICC, Command of the Message, or similar frameworks.
    • Excellent business acumen with the ability to communicate financial value, ROI, and total cost of ownership to senior stakeholders.
    • Experience managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving technical, operational, and executive decision-makers.
    • Exceptional negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
    • High levels of resilience, resourcefulness, and self-motivation, with the ability to navigate challenges and drive deals forward independently.
    • Professional fluency in English and at least one Nordic language, including Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish.
    • Experience selling observability, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, data platforms, or related technologies is considered an advantage.
    • Existing relationships with technology executives in the Nordic market and experience in high-growth startup environments are beneficial.
