What you will do
As a CRM & Marketing Automation Associate, you support the execution and day-to-day delivery of global CRM campaigns, lifecycle flows, and marketing automation activities for Tony’s E-commerce team, with a specific focus on the personalised bars proposition.
You support and further enable the delivery and management of globally-led CRM strategies, plans and campaigns, ensuring accurate, timely, and high-quality execution across email and lifecycle touchpoints, and across markets. Working closely with the Marketing Automation Specialist, global marketing team and local market teams you contribute to the implementation of CRM strategies, support channel optimisation efforts, and help deliver effective acquisition and retention initiatives.

Support the build and delivery of email campaigns and basic lifecycle communications
Support global CRM campaign planning by coordinating content updates aligned with key campaigns and seasonal moments
Proactively suggest improvement or ideas for CRM campaigns and customer journeys, and support the execution and testing of these ideas in collaboration with the team
Drive the continuous optimization of campaigns
Support the creation, execution and optimisation of CRM initiatives to generate and nurture subscribers and leads through campaigns and always-on journeys
Support the continuous improvement of acquisition funnels to increase conversion from subscriber to customer
Support the creation, execution of CRM lifecycle initiatives, including automated flows and customer activation campaigns
Work closely with the Retention Manager to execute on lifecycle priorities and initiatives
Analyse performance of CRM campaigns, flows, and database health to identify and share optimisation opportunities
Prepare and share regular performance reports on basic performance reports
Support on the CRM and marketing automation enablement of e-commerce and marketing specialists across homebase and markets
Our new flavor:
Hands‑on experience supporting the build and execution of email and CRM campaigns and basic automated flows
Foundational understanding of CRM principles, customer segmentation, and email marketing automation
Experience supporting optimisation activities through basic testing, performance tracking, and learnings shared with senior team members
Familiarity/experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g. Bloomreach, HubSpot, Klaviyo or similar), with willingness to learn and develop deeper platform expertise
Good eye for email content, layout, and customer experience, with strong attention to detail in execution
We are all about being more in person than apart; this means we offer flexibility but see each other in the office on average 3 days a week. More is fine too!
