This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who thrives at the intersection of partnerships, revenue growth, and enablement. In this role, you will work closely with strategic technology partners, supporting their sales teams and driving revenue through partner-referred opportunities. You will own the full sales cycle for partner-generated leads while helping partners improve their sales effectiveness through training, guidance, and operational support. The position combines hands-on sales execution with process optimization and strategic planning, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both relationship management and operational excellence. Working within a globally distributed and highly collaborative environment, you will have the opportunity to make a measurable impact on partner success and business growth. This role is particularly suited to individuals who are proactive, adaptable, and comfortable leveraging automation and AI-driven tools to enhance performance.

Accountabilities:

  • Drive revenue growth by managing partner-referred opportunities throughout the entire sales cycle, from initial qualification to deal closure, ensuring consistent follow-up and successful outcomes.
  • Provide advanced sales support to partner sales teams by addressing complex inquiries, sharing best practices, and helping overcome obstacles that may impact deal progression.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting, ensuring reliable reporting of both direct referral opportunities and partner-generated revenue.
  • Design and deliver sales enablement initiatives, including training programs focused on product knowledge, competitive positioning, and objection handling techniques.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner sales support channels, facilitating timely communication and coordinating with internal subject matter experts when required.
  • Ensure CRM data integrity through regular audits, accurate record maintenance, and effective deal tracking.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes, reporting frameworks, and partner engagement strategies while identifying opportunities for automation and scalability.
  • Requirements

    • Proven experience in channel sales, partnership sales, business development, or partner management, ideally within a SaaS or technology-focused environment.
    • Strong understanding of complex sales cycles, including lead management, opportunity progression, forecasting, and deal closure.
    • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive relationships with partners and cross-functional stakeholders.
    • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms to manage pipelines, sales activities, and reporting processes.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills, with the ability to effectively enable and support external sales teams.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a proactive approach to resolving challenges and driving results.
    • High level of organization and attention to detail, particularly in forecasting, reporting, and data management.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment while adapting to changing priorities and business needs.
    • Fluent written and spoken English.
    • Experience working remotely is advantageous but not essential.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in automation tools, AI technologies, and AI-driven workflows.
    • Benefits

      • Competitive salary ranging from $85,300 to $191,900 USD annually, depending on experience, location, and market factors.
      • Fully remote work environment with the flexibility to work from anywhere.
      • Flexible working hours within an asynchronous work culture.
      • Equity participation program.
      • Comprehensive healthcare coverage, including medical, dental, vision, and mental health support.
      • Generous paid time off and holiday policies.
      • 16 weeks of paid parental leave.
      • Annual learning and development budget for professional growth.
      • Home office allowance and IT equipment support.
      • Budget for local coworking spaces, team meetups, and in-person social events.
      • Inclusive and diverse workplace culture focused on collaboration, growth, and employee well-being.
