    • Understanding of regulatory requirements and sustainability considerations related to medical device and pharmaceutical packaging.
    • Experience working with major OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, or comparable organizations within the healthcare sector.
    • Proven ability to build trusted customer relationships, negotiate effectively, and influence both internal and external stakeholders.
    • Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, commercial acumen, and experience managing sales pipelines using CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, combined with a proactive, resilient, and results-oriented mindset.
    • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Willingness to travel approximately 60% across the EMEA region.
    • Benefits

      • Fully remote, home-based position offering flexibility and autonomy.
      • Opportunity to work in an international environment with cross-functional collaboration across the EMEA region.
      • Exposure to innovative healthcare technologies and industry-leading products.
      • Career development opportunities within a global organization committed to professional growth.
      • Collaborative, inclusive, and innovation-driven work culture.
