Role: Creative Content Marketeer

Scope: We're looking for a Customer Content Marketeer who doesn't just execute ideas, but brings them to the table. You will own the video and education motion within our Digital CS team and build content that helps our customers get more value from the platform and turns satisfied users into true ambassadors. 

Language requirement: You’re fluent in English and Dutch - and your (video) content is too. French is a plus.

As our Creative Content Marketeer, you turn product knowledge into content that actually lands. It directly shapes how customers experience and use Teamleader Focus. How-to videos, GIFs, webinars, feature explainers, customer stories, emails - you make complex things feel simple and make sure the right customer sees them at the right moment. You're comfortable in front of a camera, you know how to tell a story, and you don't wait for someone to hand you a brief.

What you'll be doing:

  • You create (video) content that educates and helps our customers. Think feature explainers, how-to video’s, in-app messages and emails that make complex workflows feel simple. You proactively identify opportunities and take something from idea to publication.

  • You bring creativity to everything you make. You think about how to grab attention, how to make something memorable and how to present a product feature in a way that makes a customer think "I need that." You don't default to the obvious approach. 

  • You define, own and host webinars in Dutch and English where customers see the platform in action, ask questions and walk away knowing exactly what to do next. You decide the format, the content and the follow-up. 

  • You think like a marketeer. Who are you reaching, when and why? You think about segmentation and relevance, not just output. 

  • You build customer advocacy. You contribute to testimonials, referral programs and ambassador initiatives that turn happy customers into a growth channel. 

  • You leverage AI. From dubbing and automated transcriptions to content repurposing and personalization at scale. You actively look for ways to use AI to work smarter and reach more customers without losing the human touch. 

  • You work closely with different teams. You'll sit in our Digital Customer Success team and align with Customer Success, Product, Marketing and Data.

You’d be a great fit for this role if:

  • You're not shy in front of a camera. In fact, you're comfortable there.

  • You're creative and execution-focused. You can go from idea to script to published video without losing momentum. You know your way around tools like Adobe, Loom, Wistia and Livestorm (or you pick them up fast).

  • You're customer oriented and think from the customer's perspective first. You know what the day of an SMB owner actually looks like and that context shapes the content you make. A background in B2B marketing is a plus. 

  • You have a commercial mindset. You see content and education as a driver of adoption and growth. 

  • You've hosted webinars or online sessions before, or you're genuinely excited to start.

  • You know your way around AI tools and actively explore how they can help you create better content, scale your output and keep the human touch intact. 

  • Experience with Hubspot, Meta and/or LinkedIn advertising is a plus.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English.
